Browse on the device already in your hand
The ViewVault catalog fits a phone, tablet and desktop browser. Use the phone for quick title searches and a larger screen when comparing episode guides or several choices. My List stays in the browser that saved it.
Continue on a Smart TV
Find the film and viewing service first. On your television, open that service’s supported app and search the same title and year. Television browsers vary, so an app made for the viewing service is often easier to control with a remote.
Casting and screen mirroring
Use the casting option provided by your selected player when supported. Screen mirroring and casting are not identical: one copies a display, while the other may let a compatible receiver handle playback. Follow the viewing service’s device requirements rather than expecting a ViewVault catalog button to control the television.
Before you switch browsers
Create a My List backup if you want the saved titles on both screens. A browser shortcut does not synchronize that storage automatically. You can keep browsing without an account here while using the account required by your chosen viewing service separately.
